Social media has become a huge part of everyday life and that often includes the workplace. How can employers maintain balance and control over employees with regards to their personal and professional social media activity?
At the Wednesday, March 21 Florida Public Relations Association Lake Chapter’s monthly lunch meeting, LassiterWare’s Vice President of Human Resources Consulting Scott Bowers, SCP, SPHR will share important insight on policies, employee engagement and organizations’ online activity, especially for recruiting purposes. Bowers will also introduce the National Labor Relations Board and explain why it is best to stay off of their radar.
The March FPRA Lake meeting begins at 11:30 a.m. at the Tavares Public Works Conference Center, 1000 Captain Haynes Road.
