Tera is a native Floridian and is a graduate of Saint Leo University. She is an Executive Vice President with LassiterWare and represents the Employee Benefits Department on the Executive Council.
Tera began her career with LassiterWare in 2008. Prior to that, she was the Risk Manager for Sumter County Board of County Commissioners where she managed their large self-funded health plan and benefits program. Her real life experiences provide a unique prospective into the needs of her clients. Using this knowledge, Tera has been involved in assisting mid-sized and large companies. Her focus begins with plan design, benefits package improvements, and ultimately helping positively impact her client’s bottom line and improving efficiencies.
Tera’s market specialties include municipalities, manufacturing, trucking and the construction-related industry. Tera has also earned the Associate in Risk Management designation with an additional focus in Public Entity Risk Management (ARM-P).
Tera is very involved in the community. She currently serves on the Foundation Board for Lifestream Behavioral as well as participates in several other HR and employer-related groups and associations.
In her spare time, Tera enjoys fishing, hiking and nature photography.
